Dr. Addo graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1988, and after a five-year stint as a fellow in clinical pharmacology, she completed an internal medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. He completed a psychiatry residency at Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr. Lackey, who is experienced in pulmonary and critical care medicine, was in private practice in Atlanta, Ga., before coming to Fort Wayne. Dr. Lackey entered medical school after high school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She earned a bachelor’s in biology in 1984 and a medical degree in 1985. She completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Medical College in 1988, and a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in 1990. She completed a second fellowship at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in Tucson in 1990. Dr. Lackey is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, and she is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American College of Physicians.

	Dean L. Mattox Sr., MD 1109 W. Mattox Sr., MD, serves the Angola, Ind., community through Family Physicians Inc. of Indiana. Dr. Mattox, who is licensed in the states of Indiana and Michigan, also practices anesthesia. Dr. Mattox graduated from Indiana University in 1965 and completed an internship at South Bend Memorial Hospital in 1966. Dr. Mattox is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana Academy of Family Practice, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Steuben County Medical Society. He is also an aviation medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Dr. Moore earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 1995. She completed an internship and a residency in internal medicine at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Mich., and a fellowship in geriatric medicine at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich. For the past seven years, Dr. Moore has served as the director of health administration at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Ind.

Dr. Ramani, who is a board certified pediatrician, has served as a volunteer in a variety of positions. Recently, she created pediatric protocols for the S.A.I. organization, and she coordinated health fairs for ASK Medical Clinic, a ministry that provides free medical care to the homeless and low-income populations in Allen County, Ind.

White, MD, joined St. Joseph Medical Group's mental health team as a psychiatrist in January 2008. Dr. White specializes in the psychopharmacological treatment of adult and geriatric patients with a variety of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, social phobia, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, dementia, alcohol and opiate and other drug dependencies. Dr. White attended Purdue University for two years before transferring to the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky., where he earned a bachelor's in psychology in 1987. He then earned a medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1991. He completed a residency in psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C., in 1995. Dr. White practiced psychiatry in Evansville (1995-2002), Muncie (2002-2005) and Richmond (2005-2007), Ind., before coming to Fort Wayne to join SJMG. Dr. White is a board-certified member of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Youn has been on St. Joe's active medical staff since 1996 and has served in a variety of leadership roles at the hospital throughout the years. Dr. Youn earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Va., in 1979, and he earned a medical degree from CIFAS University School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic in 1983. He completed a residency in internal medicine in 1986 and a fellowship in critical care medicine in 1988, both at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa. He also completed a fellowship in hyperbaric medicine and wound care at the University of Maryland in Baltimore in 1987. Dr. Youn moonlighted as a resident at Good Samaritan Hospital and Lebanon Valley General Hospital in Lebanon, Pa., and was on staff at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville before moving to Fort Wayne in 1996.
